Refund & Return Policy

At Zenforce, we strive to provide meaningful products and a smooth experience for every customer. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns (Physical Products)

We accept returns for physical items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@zenforce.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service


2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider


3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital products, including personalized astrology or destiny reports

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

We will offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.


5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider
